Tobacco-Free Initiatives

The CFTFK

The Consortium for Tobacco-Free Karnataka (CFTFK) is a collaborative initiative focused on reducing tobacco use and promoting public health across the state of Karnataka. Comprising government agencies, health organizations, educational institutions, and community groups, the consortium works together to implement evidence-based strategies to combat tobacco addiction. CFTFK aims to create awareness, advocate for stronger tobacco control policies, and support tobacco cessation efforts. By engaging with local communities, schools, and universities, the consortium strives to create tobacco-free environments and reduce the prevalence of smoking and other tobacco-related behaviors. Through advocacy, education, and policy implementation, CFTFK is dedicated to building a healthier, tobacco-free Karnataka for future generations.
